Mass-ALFA staff went behind the scenes to find out what makes assisted living so special. Camera crew in tow, we interviewed residents, families, employees, and some of Mass-ALFA’s founders. We wanted to hear straight  from our members how Mass-ALFA has helped them to achieve professional excellence. We also wanted to hear from seniors what their experience living in an assisted living residence has been like.

Our findings? Mass-ALFA helps to support our members by providing education and support. Resoundingly our members told us that Mass-ALFA had cultivated a feeling of community, advocacy, and professional excellence in Massachusetts.
