1.Introduction

This process line is a LLDical LLDe extruded food machinery studied and developed by ourselves on the basis of learning from advanced Technology in the worldso that both its technical performance and products quality reach to the most advanced level in the world. This line can finish mixing, extruding, shaping, core-filling, cutting,bake and flavoring in one-pass operation automatically. This line features lots of LLDes, flexible collocation, extensive applied raw materials, various snacks and easy operation. By changing the moulds and process Technology, this line can produce core-filled snacks, like chocolate filled bar, cream filled pillow, rice cake, cereal bar, sheet snacks etc.

1.Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.

2.It adopts speed-adjusted conveeter on feeding system, extrusion system and cutting system. Food-grade stainless steel twin screw feeding machinery guarantees stable materials feeding in the whole food process.

3.The gearbox has automatic LDricaion function, which extends gear life.
