our yogurt fermenting machinery is A commercial yogurt machinery, has the sterilization fermentation cooling solidification refrigeration four function, which is used for fresh milk yogurt machinery it made solid by the studio door cooling room compressor circulation fan uLDraviolet lamp and control system of the studio with used for holding milk cup t and rack.

The work process of the yogurt fermenting machinery

1).After the milk is in 85°C Pasteurization (in the process of Pasteurization, please mixing the milk

one time per 15mins after the temperature of milk is above 50°C), then cool the milk into 70°C,

then put the sugar into milk( the sugar should be pure white sugar, not granulated sugar, the

percentage is 100:6.2, when you put the sugar, please use milk to dilution the sugar very well).

2).when the temperature of milk is 45°C,please add bacteria. Use a small container to hold milk,

then add the bacteria into the container, then mixing well for 3minutes, then stay it for 5-10mins.

3)Fill the mixed milk into cup, then put them into the machinery.

4)Before using the machinery, please use 75% Medicinal altohol sterilize the machinery.

5)After sterilizing the machinery, please stay 2-3mins, then turn on the sterilizing lamp.

6) Ferment for 8hours in 42-43°C.

7) Cold storage for at least 10hours in 4-6°C(according to the theory, it should be 24hours for

ferment and cooling, the time from 43°C to 4-6°C is less than 6hours, the cooling time is LD,

the taste of yogurt will be better. The milk serum is normal.
