to Mass-ALFA. Payment is required at the time of registration
to guarantee a place. Faxed forms must include a credit card number.
This
training session can fulfill the EOEA ongoing staff training requirement.
A Certificate of Attendance form will be provided to verify completion
of the training session. Successful completion will include attendance
for the day and completion of the program evaluation. Please contact
Mass-ALFA for the status of nursing continuing education activity
and Continuing Education Credits for Social Workers. Five Continuing
Education Credits for Nursing Home Administrators will be offered.
