Residence Overview:

The 16 Assisted Living apartments in Winter Valley are part of a larger elderly housing community situated on 12 wooded acres in a residential neighborhood just south of Boston. Our program offers alternatives to seniors who are seeking a higher level of care and who believe that having meals and daily assistance will allow them to live comfortably in a residential setting. Funded by a grant from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Assisted Living apartments are (on average) offered at 50% below purpose-built assisted living apartments.
