• Ellen Adams, RN Ellen is the Executive Director at Heritage at Framingham, Framingham, MA.  She is active on Mass-ALFA's Resident Care Committee and co-chairs Mass-ALFA's metrowest Regional Leadership Council (Region 3).  Ellen has extensive background in Gerontology, Geriatric Psychiatric issues and Substance Abuse Counseling.  She has worked in the role of Resident Care Director and Executive Director in a variety of settings. She holds her RN from Quinsigamond Community College and her BA from Assumption College.

• Maureen Sharrock, RN Maureen is the Wellness Director at Marguerite's House where she has been for the past 10 years.  She is responsible for all staff development including SAMM training and RCA supervision. She holds an LPN from Lawrence Vocational School and her RN from NECC.
