Jeannette Carney, Activity Director, The Northbridge Companies Jeannette’s area of expertise is teaching art to seniors.  She has developed strategies that build confidence while producing art the residents are proud to exhibit.   She has also made adaptations for the limitations that residents may struggle with. Her expertise allows her to know what materials and subject matter will produce desired results which is the key to her success.  Jeannette holds a BA in Fine Arts from Bridgewater State College.
 

Sharon Ricardi, VP Operations, The Northbridge Companies Sharon is the Vice President of Operations for the Northbridge Companies.  She has over 20 years of experience in healthcare at an executive level having held positions as an Executive Director, Area and Regional Director in assisted living and now a Vice President.
She has developed signature programs in the areas of activities, dining, and operations as well as speaking on the integration of sales and marketing with operations to exceed the customer’s expectations. Sharon holds an AD in Education from Fitchburg State College.
