All leaders experience challenges with coaching, supervising, and engaging employees. Managing people is a tough job and is often more of an art than a science. This advanced level educational session will go beyond the basics. Most management development and supervisory effectiveness seminars and training sessions, and resources, books & articles focus on core skills such as hiring, communication, conflict, performance reviews, discipline, training, etc.

This webinar will provide a different perspective on coaching, supervising, and creating a culture of engagement. Participants will be challenged to look at their existing human capital…their people…in a fresh and positive way. The opportunity exists to “re-invent” your leadership impact by changing the way you think, plan, and execute your human capital plan – the ultimate plan that will affect quality.

You don’t need fancy tools or technology….all you need is a simple plan that focuses on your best people, upbeat attitudes, and positive customer relations.  This seminar will provide key learning for you to make instant and impactful change in your business!

Attendee Takeaways:

• Reinvent their strategic thinking about their own people and how to leverage them

• Understand the power of positive leadership by focusing on the best of the best (and not the rest)

• Know how to instantly shift their impact on their people and their business

• Obtain a new, practical tool that can be applied immediately

• Quickly lead a culture change with positive impact on employees and residents/customers

• Learn to release some pressure and stress related to managing people

• Learn to “Lead Where You Stand”…leading those that are with you now and having a simple and applicable plan for execution
