Hanna Zwaan , RN, MBA Regional Director Resident Care, Sunrise Senior Living  Biography: Hanna Zwaan is the Regional Director of Resident Care for Sunrise Senior Living. She has been with Sunrise and in the assisted living field for 9 years, currently overseeing the resident care for 17 communities in New England.  Prior to Sunrise Hanna held various senior management positions in acute care hospitals, hospice, and long term care.  Hanna’s expertise and experience is in nursing administration with a focus on policy and procedure development and implementation, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.  Hanna received her RN from York School of Nursing, a BA in psychology from Framingham State University, and her MBA from Simmons College.
