JoAnne Nowak, MD  DrNovakA board certified internist and palliative care specialist, is the Medical Director of Partners Hospice.  She received her palliative care fellowship training at the Massachusetts General Palliative Care Service in 2000 after having been an internal medicine specialist in private practice for 15 years.  She directs the hospice fellowship rotation for the Harvard Palliative Medicine Fellowship and is an active board member of the Hospice and Palliative Medicine Federation of Massachusetts.
