Jonathan Boyar is the principal of Ecologic Entomology Ecologic Entomology is a pest management consulting and technical services company located in Boston, Massachusetts. Jonathan Boyer is an associate certified entomologist with the Entomological Society of America, and has been a pest control operator for nearly 30 years. Jonathan is an industry consultant for pest control companies, health departments, property management companies, and affordable housing organizations. His seminar: “An Old Problem in A New World” is a compelling soup-to-nuts examination of the bed bug epidemic, and has been called the best of its kind by national audiences. The service arm of his company provides pest management services in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Sarah Friedman is the Director of Marketing for ServiceMaster by Gilmore ServiceMaster by Gilmore is one of the largest ServiceMaster disaster restoration businesses in the United States.  The company provides clean up and project management services to the Facility Management and Insurance industry and specializes in returning homes and commercial establishments to pre-loss condition after fire, soot, water, and mold and bio-recovery damage.  Sarah has been with the Gilmores' since 1990, and brings over 30 years of sales and marketing experience to this award winning organization. 

Sarah is WRT; RRP & OSHA 10 certified and has contributed several articles to industry publications over the years.  She has been a guest speaker at seminars ranging from disaster preparedness to loss prevention and mold remediation in commercial and residential buildings.
