This process line adopts starch, wheat flour, skin, food additives to make the chewing pet food by extrusion technology. It can make different shapes products such as strip, stick, twist, core filling and so on. By adjusting the formulations can meet different needs and nutrition requirements of the chewing pet food.

3).The Electric heating device system can control the temperature accurately
4).High temperature and high pressure can kill the salmonellosis andbacterial infections.
5).This line can produce high-protein dog food.
6).This line only need three workers

 Packing and delivery

 •  Inside package is plastic film, outside is wooden or plywood case(based on the customers’ need).
 •  Only plastic film nude packing with wooden pallet.
 •  We can supply fumigation package and certificate.
 •  Shipping, train, express or upon clients' demands.
